How long have you been in business? 2yrs
Why did you decide to become a work at Home Mom? I became a WAHM for many reasons, first of all my kids, I like being flexable, if my kids are sick I can stay home with them. I also like going to school field trips and school parties with my kids. Second for myself, I am not the type of person who can sit still, I always have to be busy. I also like making my own money. I dislike asking for money from my dh. I feel like I contribute to my family. I also get to socialize with other adults and have fun! Not to mention my joy in sharing the preservation of your photos.
Why did you chose the business you chose? I decided on becoming a scrapbook instructor because I if I was going to do a WAH/party plan business I wanted it to be something I already enjoyed doing.
What's been the hardest part about being a Work at Home Mom? The hardest part is that I am home so much, that when I do leave for parties, expos, booths,ect everyone in the family (including the dog) acts like they are going to die. lol But coming home to everyone missing you is great. :)
What's been the best part about being a work at home mom? Being there for my kids. I get to spend the day after school with my kids, I feel that is a treasured time especially when they are little.
If you could give other work at home moms 1 piece of advice what would it be? Don't let anyone pressure you into doing something you dont feel comfortable doing. If you are not comfortable you will most likely not succeed.
