Interview with a Work at Home Mom

How long have you been in business? I've been a WAHM for 3 years - since I had my son.

Why did you decide to become a work at Home Mom? I wanted to spend more time with my son, have more flexibility, and I wanted my income to be dependent on my hard work - not some arbitrary number my boss said I was worth.

Why did you chose the business you chose? I chose to work in internet marketing because I believe it's the future - I've watched it grow through the years and the possibilities are endless. I also like that it's a business I can work at anytime, i.e. after my boy is in bed! I partnered with Monavie because I think the product is by far the best of it's kind out there - after listening to a testimonial call where people with all kind of ailments, from arthritis to cancer, benefited from using the product, I knew it was something I could feel good about promoting.

What's been the hardest part about being a Work at Home Mom? Gosh... I honestly love my work, my life. I guess the hardest thing is getting up in the morning. I love my business and sometimes stay up late working on it and don't get enough sleep! In that regard, I need more self discipline.

What's been the best part about being a work at home mom? I can do whatever I want, whenever I want! My income is dictated soley by my motivation and effort. My life is flexible and designed exactly the way I like it.

If you could give other work at home moms 1 piece of advice what would it be? Realize what excites you and where your talents lie - then build or find a business that can mazamize on those. Don't try to fit yourself into the box of a "typist" or "saleswoman" if it's just not you. There are plenty of opportunities out there to find a match.
