Message Boards - Becoming part of a Family
When you join message board where you are not familiar with the owner its like going to a new friends home. You have to learn where everything is and get familiar with the house rules.
We like to join message boards that have a mixture of family oriented chitchat and business related topics. Before we join a board we usually try to take a look around it a bit to see what it can offer us and learn its rules and guidelines. We also try to find what we can give in return to the board members.
Find a message board you are comfortable with and join it. Then visit often and before you know it the members will feel like old friends to you. You will want to go see them each day to see what everyone is doing in their life. You will be part of their family.
