Recruiting Fair Presentation Outline

Are you participating in a recruiting fair? Not sure how or what to present? Below is a basic outline for you! This article is available for reprint as long as the article and byline stays in place.

We recommend that you use this outline or write out your own before the fair. You'll want to do this on your computer before the recruiting fair. When its on your computer you're able to copy and paste your presentation in the room. With copy and paste you'll be able to get more information presented in your time slot.

Ok Sample:

Hello, my name is ______. I'm representing ________ today. Let me tell you this is an awesome company. I've been with it for __________ and absolutely love it! Some of the products we sell are __________, ___________, __________, _______, _________.

We can promote our business in a variety of ways including ________, ________ _________. The company is so supportive of us and give us support through _________ (example here would be groups, teleconferences, etc...)

The cost to join is ________. When joining you'll recieve _____.
Then ask for any questions they might have. Answer the questions to the best of your ability. If you're unsure of the answer ask for their email, that you'll email them after the fair. You want to verify that answer first.

The last few minutes of you time slot should be used to give them you contact information - link, email, phone number. If you have a mailing list also invite them to join that. Then do your prize drawing.

One thing to remember, be courteous. Stay within your time slot. Most time slotted events have someone promoting right after you, you don't want to go into their time.

Thanks!
